Ron Killings' Push
Some light has been shed about Ron Killings' and status with the company.
The former NWA World Heavyweight Champion currently has the support of Vince McMahon. The chairman is said to be a big fan of the Pretty Ricky gimmick. That's not a surprise considering that he has always been a fan of "over the top" characters.
Unfortunately for Ron Killings, though, the creative team doesn't have faith in him. His age has been cited as an issue; Ron Killings is 37 years of age. The creative team acknowledges that he works hard and has charisma. However, the age thing is a bigger issue since they're trying to build future stars.
Despite the fact that Vince McMahon is a supporter, Ron Killings does not look to be headed towards the main event scene. Vince McMahon doesn't meddle around with the midcard scene as much as he does the main event scene.

Kendrick Lied To
John Laurinaitis's reputation has taken yet another hit.
The long time WWE executive has been criticized recently for how he handled Brian Kendrick's dismissal. Rather than telling him that he was released because of backstage issues and his well publicized drug issue, John Laurinaitis reportedly was heard telling Brian Kendrick that the release was because of the slumping economy.
In the past, several wrestlers have verbally bashed John Laurinaitis for not being completely honest.
There are also reports surfacing that Brian Kendrick was supposed to have been fired much sooner. However, Pat Patterson was able to convince management to keep him around.
