If so Jericho, HBK, Razor Ramon, Orton, Bret Hart, and Shelton (Even though he is vastly overrated IMO)

If you're talking about Shelton, my view on him is this: you have people who think of him as being underrated and you have those on the other side of the fence, I don't think he's either; I just see him as a guy who's a really good wrestler with very mediocre mic skills and little charisma. How is that in any capacity, underrated or overrated? He is what he is.
