TNA to do fewer PPVs?

She believes that there's just way too many shows that the company has to produce in a year. The belief is that TNA would much rather do quarterly pay per views, which would make each event a little more special because of the infrequency of shows.

Financially, it would also be beneficial to the company to produce fewer pay per views in a year. TNA pay per views do not generate huge buyrates. It's hard enough for WWE to get their fanbase to spend money every month on a pay per view. It's several times more difficult for TNA to do so as well.

Don't expect the plans to change in the near future, though. TNA does have a contract with the pay per view companies that requires them to produce monthly shows. When that contract ends, TNA will more than likely request a different type of contract with them.

for a company who doesnt travel a lot, and apparently makes a killing in sales....why is this a problem? their ppvs suck already as it is...we dont need 5 months of build up for a shitty storyline/match

TBH i kinda like it better with the quaterly ppv, it would make storyline's longer and might in fact make them better

I agree with Meshell, I like this idea, WWE should definitely take notes.
