Who was the BEST wrestler that NEVER won a World Title ?

Well we all know that CM Punk was the unanimous choice for this answer about a year ago. But since then, he has one the big one. Who do you think is the answer now. There has been many superstars not to have a World Title reign. Some that are unbelievable, but let me know what you think.

from the looks of it, Regal is on his way to winning a world title. you also forgot Finlay

I believe I've answered this topic somewhere before. (On this forum, yes.) Ah well.

I voted Owen Hart, and since Mr.Perfect wasn't included, I'll mention him as one of the greats as well.

And for the sake of Sarcy's humanity, I'll vote Ramon too.

Jake, Owen and MVP. I never watched Jake or Owen but I think they at least deserved 1 world title.

if it means anything, i think Hall won the AWA World Title, as did Perfect

True but I have seen his DVD before, and it was sad. And I meant if he was clean he could have won one.

I believe the topic you answered before was Former IC that never won the main title.

From those listed, Owen Hart and Matt Hardy definitely deserved shome shine, or on Matt's case DESERVE! since he's still employed. Both are and were overshadowed by their brothers.

Matt Hardy won the ECW title...and in some fans eyes that counts as winning a world title, because its the world title on a brand, regardless of how watered down it might be

The One who kind of sticks out hard for me to ignore is the Million Dollar Man who was a great heel and in current times would of atleast had a world title run probably because they ain't so into keeping the title on a face and their ain't the big Hogan merchandise show going on now.

You forgot the Ravishing One, Rick Rude. He'll get my vote every time.

Rude was WCW International Heavyweight Champion, that counts as a world title. its the belt that is now the World Heavyweight Championship

Well i'll go with Rikishi. I always wanted him to fight for World gold when we found out he hit Austin with the car.

I think Blue consideration for this is mainly WCW World title or WWE/F World Title.

it should be for overall championships, because they always considered RVD to be one of the best to never win a world title in WWE...regardless that he was in ECW before hand

Blue should've have included current guys..there's still time for MVP and Kofi to win a world title.
