CM Punk - Punk had always been solid, but now he's the best.

Dean Ambrose - Definitely going to challenge Punk in the future for best mic artist.

Brother Ray - He's always been good, but now as the leads of A&8's he's been able to shine.

Austin Aries - Another great promo cutter, definitely one of the best.

Dolph Ziggler - To think he used to be a part of the Spirit Squad. Now he has his own stable complete with a psycho female and a token.

HM: Kenny King - I recently saw him on Impact and he's pretty good on the mic. He can only improve.

(Although Zeb and Heyman could be considered "wrestlers" they are primarily managers, so I'll leave them out, otherwise they'd both be top 5.)

Raven- Always been one of my favorites at cutting promos.

CM Punk- Got to agree with you he is one of the best

Bubba Ray- Always liked him as a wrestler and feel like TNA really gave him his first chance since ECW to shine really.

The Miz- I always like his mic work and I think he is become such a big part of promotion touring probably up their with Cena in Radio shows and stuff.

Kurt Angle- I always liked his promos and he can do it serious or he can be funny. I mean the guy is super talented wrestler.

CM Punk-Ever Since The Pipebomb Segment Ive been loving All Of His Promos Ever Since.

Damien Sandow-I like Is Current Gimmick I like how he tease The Crowd on how smart he is and all that other stuff like using the big words and stuff.

Robert Rhoode-I Always Did Like His Promos He Reminds of HHH but a Better Wrestler.

The Rock-He Always Had Great Promos and during his short run back with WWE he still got it.

Paul Heyman-I know he's not a wrestler but still love his promos.
