TNA Booking Independent Talent for Tag Team Tournament

A source backstage at last night’s Impact taping tells us that TNA are currently booking several independent talents to come in for the tournament, including a few familiar names.

Former TNA Knockout Roxxi, who made a surprise return last night, is expected to be one of the participants.

Predicted Teams?

•The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne) vs. Team Blondage (Krissy Vaine and Amber O'Neal)
•Awesome Kong and Hamada vs. Suicide Blondes (LuFisto and Jennifer Blake)
•Alissa Flash and Daffney vs. Traci Brooks and Roxxi
•Jacqueline and Sojo Bolt vs. Canadian Ninjas (Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews)

This gives us 7 current KOs, 3 former KOs, and 6 independent women wrestlers.

Since TNA has the agreement with Shimmer, I can see them using the Shimmer women in the tournament. Since Team Blondage is not a Shimmer Tag Team, I can see it being The Pink Ladies (Madison Eagles & Jessie McKay) or The Experience (Lexie Fyfe & Malia Hosaka).

No matter who it is, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE this if it actually happens.

i really think they will be some unkown little to no talent indy girls, either way, lufisto and Blake in TNA would be FANTASTIC!
