Survivor Series Divas Discussion (Team Mickie vs. Team Michelle)

Tonight, at Survivor Series there will be a traditional Survivor Series elimination match.

Team Mickie
(Mickie James, Eve Torres, Kelly Kelly, Divas Champion Melina and Gail Kim)
vs.
Team Michelle
(Women's Champion Michelle McCool, Jillian Hall, Beth Phoenix, Layla and Alicia Fox)

I think Team Michelle might win this one, and hopefully they don't do eliminations like a pattern like last year.
Raw loses one, Smackdown loses one, Raw loses one, Smackdown loses one.
That made the match a little boring.
Here's to hoping for a good match!

Plus, I think the sole survivors might be Beth Phoenix and Michelle McCool.

I want team Mickie to win but I think Team Michelle will with Beth and Michelle as the surivivors. I hope then Beth turns on Michelle.

It's hard to actually choose who will win. After what happened to Mickie on SD I think she could get some revenge and pick up the win maybe with Melina as a sole survivor as well but I could also see Michelle and Layla causing Mickie to get eliminated then Michelle and Beth are the sole survivors. Either way I'm looking forward to the match tonight

With 6 matches, the Divas should get a good 10-15 minutes and I think that is enough to have something special. Keep Jillian and Melina away from eachother PLEASE!!! lol

Mickie should not be a sole survivor, it will make the storyline that much better for her and Michelle. Beth should definitely betray McCOOL tonight though.

The divas aren't gonna be getting 15 minutes, I'd guess 8 or 9 and that's just being generous.

as far as i can see we have 3 or 4 possible situations
Mickie as sole survior
Beth as sole survivor *building more momentum, and a Orton like survior streak*
Michelle as sole survivor
Michelle and Beth/Layla as sole survivor

the match was pretty damn lame
the highlights was Layla looked especially hot in purple and her lil tail
and beth slamming kellys horse teeth to the mat

My god that was fucking lame… The booking was terrible, did you hear me? TERRIBLE! First off Mickie James should have eliminated Layla not KELLY!!!! *Brings me back to the ECW days* lol Mickie should have gone apes hit on Michelle and Layla but NOPE! Layla got her shine on in the beginning though, she definitely outshined Kelly during there exchange but that’s to be expected. Gail Kim getting eliminated early? LOL That’s all I can say. Absolutely loved Beth PWNING both Eve and Kelly and Mickie, Beth should have been sole survivor though.

Melina was on fire but did she have to pick up the win? Uh no! Melina, Michelle, Layla, Beth, Alicia and Eve impressed me. Mickie was to slow and Gail, Jillian, Kelly I cant remember shit they did.

I was shocked to see Melina get the pin, happy as hell, but shocked. I really thought if anyone was going to get the pin it would've been Mickie especially if she was getting a title shot. Now it doesn't even look like it's leading to that at the moment. But yeah, was still good to see Melina pin Michelle since they've had history and she didn't get to pin her last time.

I was a little surprised to see Beth go out the way she did, but at least she eliminated Kelly and Eve first. Layla really impressed me at the beginning, Mickie didn't do bad, and Melina was on fire but sloppy at times, she does need to slow down a bit

But I agree! Kelly was lame as per usual, Layla did some fun stuff, loved the kick she did in the corner, loved how she sold Kelly's clotheslines and I loved how technical she was in the beginning, her trash talking never gets old either Yea Kelly eliminated her, big whoop. Cant remember anything she did after that. Well she did eat Glam Slam?

Sound like I didn't miss anything too major. At least Melina is getting her push contrary to initial reports.

Layla missed most of that kick in the corner, for a small chick her leg can go pretty high.

its not surprising that Alicia and Michelle where the final two on team MCCool, as both are the champ/contendor to Team Mickies Champ and Contendor

How the fuck does a pin count in a ELIMINATION MATCH DEAD? The only pin that matters is the winning one and thats the one Melina took, Kelly pinned Layla because she's ZOMG MOST POPULAR!!! So she had to pin the diva that is not important in WWE's eyes at the moment. Kelly was dropped like a bad habit when Beth got in though, so its all good and for someone who hates divas, you sure do love spending time in the divas section. Which is it bro? The BOOKING was off, Mickie should have pinned Layla and Michelle Not Kelly and Not Melina. Oh the only topics being made are diva ones eh? MAKE SOME in the guys section then

I agree with Dead this match was garbage compared to last years, and last years had shits like Maryse, Candice and Maria in the final four.
I know why Janine prefered this one though

Nah.. Well yeah kinda. I just perfer this years, I think it was it didnt have as many rollups and everyone got to shine some.

I cheated and choose Mickie and Melina.

But I was mainly coming here to say that I really liked the match. It was a good length and the ending was pretty good. I will for sure buy this dvd when it comes out. Survivor Series is probably my favorite PPV because it consistently had diva matches and most of them are great.
