TLC Michelle v Mickie Discussion

I'm making this now, so i can add this to the list of topics ive made, as im not known for doing it lol.

so yaehhhh, we may be what 8 hours ahead of schedule.

but why not discuss what you predict will happen, want to happen, and what aftermath you think and/or want......and then discuss *not party B >.<* LIVE LOL

i think they will get around 6-8 minutes, for some reason WWE dont care to make a tv match longer then 3, and they wonder why ppl get bored of them on PPV, the stories arent the greatestd developed cos they dont have the time, but i think as Mickie and Michelle do have some good chemistry, and are both solid ring workers that they will get some more time.
i THINK Michelle will win, but i HOPE Mickie will, even though i am sick of her having titles *this would be her 6th in nearlly 4 years*, but it gives a chance for something new, there could be two possible opponents for Mickie aka Beth or Nattie....and whilst thats happening have Michelle gtfo of the title pic, and she can stop "chin fucking" *Sarcy gave me that quote* the divas, and move onto Layla, cos lets say Layla accidently fucked up again and Michelle is sick of it, so she ends up just going ape shit, and then Layla can get her pay back...i think the fans could get behind a face Layla, plus Layla as mentioned somewhere on here, or on the universe, Layla has probably more chemistry when wrestling Michelle then any other divas ive seen.

I think the match will get about 6 minutes with Michelle most likely retaining. I just think it's too soon for Mickie to get it and they could do so much more with this feud. I actually hope Beth gets involved and costs Mickie the match since Mickie stole her win a couple weeks ago and then we can get a triple threat with Beth winning, that's who I want to be the next champion. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Layla do something right and help Michelle win, they're a great team, don't want to see them break up just yet.

If you thought the crowds were dead for Raw/SD diva matches, you ain't seen nothing yet if Michelle wins.

Both are shitty options. But storyline wise, Mickie HAS to win to keep this fued going. You don't finally get a chance to fight the big bully, get your ass kicked royally and try to fight them again. Though Mickie never striked me as someone who isn't an idiot. Unless they are using this as a way to write off Mickie for good.. lol. It's not like this fued has the intenisty to go on for much longer.

Idealistically, I would love Layla to cost Michelle the match just cuz'.

they could have done a great deal more.
but all this build has just been one or two "scary spice" references, a lame monotonous "piggy james" paraody and Layla taking the falls

The feud could still continue if Michelle wins, Mickie doesn't have to win to make it continue, especially if Layla costs Mickie the match. They can continue being the mean girls and Mickie gets a rematch and finally shuts Michelle up

True. True. All Mickie has done in this fued besides pin Layla and "steal" the #1 contendership, is cry and whine about how she's not leaving SD.

The main problem with SD's booking is that the excution is terrible. Michelle sucks. Plain and simple. The SD Division IS revolved around Michelle. Therefore, the SD Division sucks. Plain and simple.

yeah the only way for this feud to continue if Michelle retains, is from if Layla pyshically gets involved and costs Mickie the match.
but i know WWE bookers by now, and i would put money on Layla not even accompanying Michelle

Yeah and they really have no excuses now since Beth is there now and could easily take over as the top heel

what is so laughable is that they still use Michelle. EVERY SINGLE HEEL in the WWE beat her in charisma, reaction and mic skills
the only think Michelle brings to the table is actual wrestling ability, she is like Eve she has a look of a wrestler, when she joined the diva seach i could tell she would take to wrestling, as she did sports and things before hand so she is pyshically strong enough more so then other models to take wrestling....but her lack of charisma and reaction to me shows that they should actually think of putting her too the side...she is like the modern day version of Jazz and Jacqueline, that being fuglyier then most ppl, with little charisma and got by with wresstling alone, and tbh i see both of the J's two title reigns where just token black chick reigns that had little to no impact at all

Noooo.. I wouldn't say Jazz didn't have charisma. In the WWE, she was just protrayed in one way. Plus, Jazz got away with it because you believed she would kick you ass because she didn't say much and never tried to be all glamorous.

They are trying to Michelle be like everything at once when she clearly doesn't have the personality tools or looks to be everything. They want her to be loveable, tough, technically, glamorous, bitchy, funny, happy, sexy, evil.. Hell, the list goes on.

Great match! No botches, crowd was involved. Michelle actually got heat and Layla definitely played a huge part in the outcome. Loved her saying “PIGGIE JAMES!!!” lmao Layla is a fucking godess. One of the best diva matches of the year if not the best divas match. I enjoyed it alot

the match was slow paced. Michelle is rather transparent to watch
Layla was the one who made it somewhat interested.
Michelles heat died down soon, the last 2-3minutes>first 3-4

It was a bit boring when Michelle had the offense but picked up with Mickie. Overall it was a good match, glad Michelle retained

I do have to say that Mickie was lookin good, she looks great in jeans

So for the people who saw it how much time was it given?

Cool. That is pretty decent. But to clarify you think 7 minutes of in ring action right not including entrances/aftermatch. .

it was a good amount of time for the divas. 7 minutes at least and that's not with entrances and such

But I am still unclear as to how McCool pinned Mickie. I think it was with a big boot but I thought Layla got that.

Mickie was going up to the top, Layla got involved knocking Mickie off but she landed on her feet and was face to face with Layla, Michelle went charging at Mickie to kick her and kicked Layla instead then Mickie goes for a rollup, Michelle kicks out then gets Mickie with the boot

This was defintley a match of the year candiate.

Layla really impressed me in this match, I loved her trying to attack Mickie and then running off LOL!

The match was great, I'm really loving this fued, it has a mic time, promos and good matches. The match also had a story involed, as you could tell Michelle and Mickie really wanted to hurt each other, I thought the lockup at the beginning was good and they contuined to the outside, I wasnt bothered that Michelle controlled most of the match, as it builds her up and the crowd were great getting behind Mickie. Although Layla really did this match good as well, she played her part well, Im really loving Michelle and Layla they make such a good team. Overall I would to see Michelle/Mickie contuine mabye next time a Hardcore match, it has been a great fued so far. Layla deserves a push soon

According to what Mickie said on twitter it's only just begun which I expected anyway

I finally saw the match yesterday and it was pretty good. It was 12 minutes in total so that is a decent amount of time imo.

McCool's big boot is vicious. Layla and Mickie can attest to that!
