This yearly tournament is held to determine which woman had the most significant year, according to her accomplishments, improvement in wrestling skills and character portrayal, and how the fans perceive her, regardless of whether or not booking favored her.

In this match, you will be voting for MADISON RAYNE or MSCHIF

MADISON RAYNE’s 2009 Highlights:
- one-half of the inaugural Shimmer Tag Team Champions, held the titles until May 3, 2009
- competed in the finals of the TNA Knockout Tag Team tournament with Velvet Sky
- with Nevaeh, won a two out of three falls match against the IHWC to retain their Shimmer Tag Titles



MSCHIF’s 2009 Highlights:
- currently the Shimmer, NWA World Women’s, and NWA Midwest Women’s Champion
- gave Awesome Kong her first pinfall loss in Shimmer, on Vol. 28
- defended her Shimmer title from the likes of Awesome Kong, Wesna, Lufisto, and Sara del Rey

MsChif easily in this one. She has won titles and faced amazing challengers and Rayne biggest accomplishment of the year so far been that she is in The Beautiful people and been in knockout tag title match. That's not enough to get it done over a champion who is good wrestler.

I'm prolly the only one who really loves Madison Rayne<3 but even I voted Mschif because she is going on her third year? as Shimmer champion? WOW!
