This yearly tournament is held to determine which woman had the most significant year, according to her accomplishments, improvement in wrestling skills and character portrayal, and how the fans perceive her, regardless of whether or not booking favored her.

In this match, you will be voting for MADISON or WESNA or PORTIA

MADISON RAYNE’s 2009 Highlights:
- one-half of the inaugural Shimmer Tag Team Champions, held the titles until May 3, 2009
- competed in the finals of the TNA Knockout Tag Team tournament with Velvet Sky
- with Nevaeh, won a two out of three falls match against the IHWC to retain their Shimmer Tag Titles


WESNA’s 2009 Highlights:
- defeated Cheerleader Melissa in a one-on-one match, intensifying their feud
- staged a backstage attack on MsChif along with Awesome Kong and Sara del Rey
- challenged for the Shimmer title, but was unsuccessful in defeating MsChif


PORTIA PEREZ’s 2009 Highlights:
- one half of the current Shimmer Tag Team Champions (with Nicole Matthews)
- defeated Kylie Pierce in the inaugural show of NCW Femme Fatales
- challenged Sara del Ray for the JAPW Women’s Championship

Portia's in the Canadian Wrestling Hall of Fame, has traveled the world, and is a shimmer tag team champion. All this and she's only 21 or 22. She easily wins this.

Madison Rayne had some awesome spots with the beautiful people this year and became more known since Love's exit.
