I actually think some of the blame goes to Meshell. If she had actually paid attention to Blue's pic and gave it a fair rating then he could've gotten another chance against Janine for the tie breaker, but who knows, she could've actually still hated the pic if she got a good look at it as well so yeah. The challenge is 'Pony Tail.'

The best pictures with their Diva having/wearing a 'Pony Tail' will advance to the next round.
