Who deserves it based on ring skill and charisma: Gail but with Melina gone she has a good chance of winning it, Katie Lea if she wasn't busy being Paul Burchill's valet, and Natayla if she wasn't busy being The Hart Dynasty's valet....seriously though, what's up with the WWE forcing the women wrestlers to valet and the girls who are better off being valets to wrestle?

Alicia has the best chance at the moment. The girl is so damn entertaining and getting better in the ring, especially her selling, just wowza!

i hope it's Gail, she's the only actual wrestler of the face divas. she needs to be the first woman to win the Women's titles in WWE as well as the TNA Knockouts title since Victoria ain't comin back any time soon

Tiffany is the GM, won't be her. All Gail needs is the Divas title

I would say Gail but honestly she shouldn't be on the list since she has won a wwe title before and the announcers always bring it up.

For Raw I say Alicia Fox will most likely win. Kelly Kelly would be my second prediction..

As for SD I really hope it is Natalya. Serene would be cool as well but when she has some hair like in December.
