Social diffrences.

I realized that me and the kids in my class don’t really get along. Well i get along with all but in school. I have no issue with anyone, i talk to all of them, i laugh we get along. Our class dinners are fun. It’s a blast, but when it comes to a social life or in general, it seems to have so little outside of the netherlands life experience i can’t really see myself getting along with them outside of school.

I don’t know maybe it’s because i’ve been working since i was 17 and i’ve matured more over the years that i don’t mesh with them. Or the fact that they all age between 16 and 19 could also be an issue. I don’t know what it is, they know just so little about the outside world it’s sad.

And i’d say it’s me, but for some reason, the other guy from Aruba in my class get’s the same feeling sometimes. Like they know nothing. So it isn’t exactly me. I also think because my dutch is limited and have to search for words most of the times, i don’t socialize much.

I mean i’ve met my cousins friends, who all age from 20 to 27 and i get along perfect. Plus all of them are international students and maybe that it because we are all away from home. I get along so well with him, i can’t wait to finish up my school. And go to my cousin’s and meet new people, though i’ll be 24 -_- but its worth experiences.

But it sucks, though, because i actually would like to get along better with the kids in my class, but i think my dutch will keep me a little behind, though i noticed my dutch improved impressivly in the little time i’ve been here.
