So, I went to the SD house show last night...

It was actually pretty awesome! I had expected Layla to face Kelly since she had been facing her at recent house shows but she fought Tiffany instead. I spent the majority of the time taking pics and it was worth it, that match was actually pretty decent and I was very impressed with Layla. At the beginning she went the Michelle route by doing jumping jacks then sit ups but it was much funnier seeing someone with a personality do it so I didn't mind it too much. Ending came when Layla hit the layout then she started beating Tiffany down til Kelly made the save. I'd say they got around 8 minutes though I wasn't timing it.

I've got the pics uploaded but I'm really tired so I will post them tomorrow, some are blurry but you'll be able to deal! I've also got a couple Serena and Rosa pics as well.

6/5 House Show Results (ST. LOUIS, MO)

The next match had Layla (by herself, no Michelle McCool) defending the WWE Women’s Championship against Tiffany. There was some blown spots but it was one of the better Diva Matches I seen and it lasted about 9 minutes, so a lot longer than the TV Matches. Layla wins with her neckbreaker. After the match, Layla keeps kicking Tiffany until Kelly Kelly comes out and saves her. Layla runs to the back as Kelly checks on Tiffany.

Christian vs Dolph which was a very great match. Christian won with his finisher then Hornswoggle came out of nowhere and hit a midget splash on Dolph.

2nd was SES w/out Punk, Luke got on the mic and issued an open challenge and Kane's music hit so it was Luke and masked man vs Kane. Kane won with a double chokeslam

Heath Slater vs Finlay which was a decent match. It was funny because when Finlay came out hitting hands there was this little girl who actually GRABBED him and pulled him to her and he had a pissed off look on his face and told the security guard. There were "You can't wrestle" chants towards Heath Slater twice, I actually thought the dude was good though. Finlay won with his finisher.

Kofi vs Drew was an awesome match! Drew actually looks like a girl in person, I tried to get as close to the rail as I could when Kofi came out and I touched his arm! There were a few times they came right out by us and it was just amazing to be right there seeing all of it. Ending came when Kofi hit SOS. Drew attacked Kofi afterwards but Matt Hardy ran in there out of nowhere, hit the twist of fate on Drew, then ran back out. I touched Kofi's arm again as he was leaving. :D

Then there was Justin Gabriel vs Chavo which was a GREAT match. Chavo is very underrated, I actually recorded some of that match. Justin was actually pretty over. Justin went for his 450 splash but Chavo put his knees up and then hit the frog splash for the win.

MVP vs Cody Rhodes was a decent match and MVP is over. He got a really good pop and MVP chants. Rhodes actually wasn't bad and it was great to see his moonsault in person. MVP won with his finisher and this is when I made it to the rail. When MVP was heading out I touched his hand!

Then came the main event which was the fatal 4 way that will be happening at the ppv. Swagger came out and was talking but I wasn't listening to him because he bores the fuck out of me. Out next was Big Show and he only hit hands on the other side so our side was a bit pissed. Punk came out and that's when it got great. He was walking slowly and stopping talking shit to fans and then that same girl who I talked about before with Finlay was talking shit to Punk! He then said "Serena!" then Serena got in the girls face and the girl was moving her head side to side with attitude! You'd have to be there to actually see it, I was laughing so hard. I yelled "YOU SUCK" to him and he just kept moving smiling a little. Last was Rey and I touched his hand as well, oh and did I mention that Big Show is HUGE in person? Dayum!

Match started off with Big Show and Rey teaming up together, Big Show said "Shhhhh" then slapped Swagger's chest and he also gave Punk a stink face! He then slapped Punk's chest and then Punk was on his knees after that and raised his hands up begging for Big Show to stop but Big Show threw Punk in the opposite corner and did it again. Punk was just hilarious in this match. I recorded a few minutes of the match and I actually started recording when Kane came out of nowhere and started destroying them all. He then left and Rey and Punk were in the ring, Rey finally hits a 619 and his splash but when he goes for the pin Swagger runs in there, tosses Rey out and pins Punk. Punk was outside the ring afterwards and he was crawling, that guy is seriously great. He then got up with Serena and started running to the back, I think he was scared of Big Show. Rey left then Big Show made his way around and was talking to fans for at least 10 or 15 seconds, he's definitely a friendly guy. He made it to our side and I touched his hand and it's frickin HUGE! We left before Swagger even got out of the ring, didn't really care about him.

Overall it was a great night. I really didn't think I would enjoy it since all my faves are either injured or on Raw but it was definitely a great experience for me since I've never gotten to the rail like that and never touched anyones hand.

The show does sound good, I hope this is the show Im getting next week when I go. This makes me even more excited. I have to make my posters.
