I got fired over something I can't help!

So some of u know I worked for a boat cleaning company, I cleaned boat. Well as some of u may not know I have OCD, so I'm constantly cleaning things and myself, well some of the people there felt I was rugged enough because my hands didn't have callus, I swear to every deity on the planet, I was fired because I'm a clean person! WTF? I did my job and I done it damn well, but because I wasn't all dirty and musty at the end of the day like the rest of those losers I was let go.

it's not Necessary, I not pissed about being fired, I'm pissed at the way it went down. There were shitty comments made, the really pissed me off. I laughed at the firing part.

I think i was fired for being gay that's the real reason(I hate saying that). I was told that "real men" had rough, dry hands, and mines were soft and smooth. there was a bunch of little stff being siad, that was pissing me off. I was happy to be told I could leave, because I felt like showing them how much of rough man I could really be.

I hate using sexuality as an excuse, because it's not like I was blowing guys while at work or anything, I wasn't hitting on anyone. So being fired for my mannerisms and NOT my work pissed me off. I'm just annoyed right now.

You need to take those bitches to court. My friend got a job and then days later the guy called him and told him nevermind. He found out why...because he's black, so he took them to court and got 1500 bucks and he plans on going to college next year and that is taken care of as well.
