I just have to unleash a little hype and excitement for this game.

Graphical Models- Seems like they have improved so much, with the muscle engine and flexing and stuff. Attires look more updated this year, and with alts being in again this year, gonna be awesome.

CAW Mode- More parts have been added, and patterns are finally back so I can have my camo pants! Also, they somewhat fixed the number of parts we can have on (costing less points thank god).

CAF Mode- Huge increase in amount of possible finishers created, and the corner finishers look so sweet (such as the moonsault into codebreaker).

Improved HIAC- Cell is much bigger and more realistic. We can finally get weapons from underneath, and there is a realistic gap between the cell and the ring, don't have to feel claustrophobic down there anymore lol. The camera is much better so we can properly see inside the cell not from the outside. We also have to throw people into the cell for it to break (not unrealistically walk out the door), and we can see the cell wall fall down! Better finishers from top of cell, and better animation for when two people fall through the cell.

Improved TLC Match- What isn't to love about this?! We can posistion ladders just about anywhere and run up them and jump onto another ladder! We can finally chokeslam, RKO, FU, etc people off of the ladder and through tables. We can push the ladder outside the ring, sending the opponent through tables (Edge/Taker).

Improved Animations- More fluent reversals, can whip two people into a corner and squash them, just little things like that.

Grappling/Moves- Can finally have finishers where opponent is on top rope. Can also hit a finisher without opponent being groggy, and rebound off ropes finishers are back! Also grappling has been fixed, and direction of moves, etc.

WWE Universe Mode- One of the things I am most hyped for! Its like a combo of GM/Exibition mode. WWE universe is the exibition mode (Can be turned off). Every match we play follows a yearly schedule with shows/ppvs. We generate fueds/friendships based on who we fight/team with. There is over 100 cutscenes before/after match, where opponents may hit you from behind, or attack you while injured on a stretcher! You can also win MITB and cash it in whenever you want!! And the best part, if you accidentally hit your teamate in a match, the game recognizes this and the friend may turn on you in weeks to come!

+70 Roster- We'll see how well this works out truth, but it is nethertheless exciting!

Attributes- We can finally assign attributes to caws from the getgo (without needing to individually put caws through career/exibition mode to get points). We can also customize superstar attributes to whatever we choose! OMFG!

Road to Wrestlemania Mode- Hmm....Free roaming backstage. Alternate endings. Mini quests. Need I say anything more to get you hyped? It goes back to SYM style, where you walk around backstage and can talk to superstars! You can even listen to other superstars interact (it was mentioned Stephanie might argue with Orton, and you can sit and watch, walk away or join in and become involved in a mini quest!). You can also start backstage brawls with people, and even find allies! This is what I have wanted for like EVER! OMFG! We can also go to the GM office! We also walk out to the ring for a match or promo in third person!

the universal and the RTW mode sounds so awesome. and im glad they fixed the camera stuff.

GameSpot today announced an arrangement with THQ to bring fans a special live event announcing the virtual talent roster in WWE® SmackDown® vs. Raw® 2011.


The event will take place on Wednesday 8 September at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, with the event broadcast live on GameSpot scheduled to begin at 11pm (GMT).


The event will see the announcement of the game's extensive roster of WWE Superstars and WWE Divas. Each group of announcements will be commented on by WWE talent. Personalities currently scheduled to appear include WWE Hall of Famer Howard Finkel™, Superstar The Miz® and WWE Diva Eve Torres™.


Those watching will be able to interact with the live broadcast by utilizing GameSpot’s comment boards or following Twitter with @gamespot to offer their impressions or ask questions of GameSpot’s hosts and WWE guests.
