There's a New Generation

There is a New Generation in my family.

At 3:54am GMT my eldest brother's girlfriend gave birth to a baby boy. He weighs 7lb. I'm so proud because it means I'm an uncle! They live in London and I live in the North-East of Scotland so I probably won't be able to meet my nephew for at least 3 weeks, which sucks. He was born with a cleft lip and pallette but I understand that that is being sorted out tomorrow.

I'm ridiculously happy at the moment, but I don't even know what he looks like yet. We should be getting pictures soon which I might post of Facebook.

I could tell him embaressing stories but my eldest brother's been a very small part of my life. I've spent no more than 10-12 weeks with him in the past 8 years. I don't know any embaressing stories unfortunately.

Hopefully, you'll get to see your brother more at least for the sake of seeing the baby more.

I probably won't get to see him more. He has a full time job and I am still at school. Next year's different though cos I'm likely to be in Uni.
