10/8/1991—The York Foundation defeats Big Josh, Dustin Rhodes, and Tom Zenk, to win the WCW World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. The York Foundation would be the final champions of this title, as the title would be retired the following month.
10/8/2001—Stone Cold Steve Austin defeats Kurt Angle, to win the WWF Championship. This begins Austin’s final reign, as champion. Also, The Hardy Boyz defeat Booker T and Test, to win the WCW Tag Team Championship.
10/8/2005—WWE debuts “AM Raw” on USA Network
10/8/2005—The Naturals defeat Young and Riley, to win the vacant NWA World Tag Team Championship (Nashville Street Fight).
10/8/2009—Amazing Red defeats Samoa Joe, to win the TNA X Division Championship.
