whoa sorry for the delay, let's get to it

Raw - Maryse vs Natalya:
at the time i thought they were going to include Eve in the feud so that's why she was on commentary but they seem to have scrapped that idea. the match was decent but nothing to write home about apart from Maryse making the effort to wrestle finally. Melina really should have done something like attack Natalya after the match or at least announce she was cashing her title match in next week. really confusing booking

Impact - Mickie James & Velvet Sky vs Madison Rayne & Sarita:
ok match but i get the feeling that they're just going through the motions with Velvet and Sarita as well as Mickie and Madison. can you really build a feud up over something loaded in a glove? i know Velvet is a face but does it seem to anyone else like she should turn heel again since she's much better when we don't have to cheer for her?

Smackdown - Beth Phoenix vs Layla:
match of the week anyway and i love how far Layla has come. at the start of last year she was in a squash match against Beth and now she's being treated as a credible opponent. of course the match with Michelle was much better but Layla's new moves that she pulled out were pretty cool. Beth wins again predictably
