| He's the most over heel right now, but not ever. With some of his antics, he probably could have been a huge heel during the Monday night war era.
Current: (not in order)
1- Punk 2- McIntyre 3- Miz 4- Del Rio 5- Wade 6- Sheamus 7- Swagger 8- Ricardo Rodriguez
All-Time:
1- Triple H (My all-time favorite heel) 2- Christian 3- Kane 4- Roddy Piper 5- MDM Ted Sr. 6- Undertaker 7- Chris Jericho 8- Mr. Perfect 9- HBK 10- Mick Foley
Honorable mention- Sid

| Punk is absolutely not the most over heel in WWE history. I wouldn't even say of his era because Jericho takes the cake with that. He's good but he's not up at that level. All-time:
1. Hollywood Hogan, greatest hero turned greatest villain in greatest turn ever 2. Triple H, on-screen persona enhanced by personal life 3. Ric Flair, created the dominant, modern egotistical heel 4. Mr. McMahon, boss from hell nuff said 5. The Rock, the indomitable ego made fans boo him then respect it and cheer him insstead 6. Stone Cold Steve Austin, ruthless, unreasonable, unpredictable: dangerous 7. Shawn Michaels, being an asshole in real-life did wonders for him in the 90's and let's not forget the Screwjob 8. Bret Hart, when not a highly-respected stoic athlete, he was a bitter and venomous dick that got underneath your skin through his booorrriinngggg voice 9. Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase, the epitome of the rich corporate scumbag putting down and exploiting the common man 10. Andre The Giant, lovable Eighth Wonder of the World turned greedy, vicious, choke-first-laugh-later, and desperate contender to the WWF Title
Current Era (ones that are noteworthy to me)
Chris Jericho, reached his peak in-ring wise and mic wise in this era
Michael Cole, he was already generally unliked as a whiny announcer then some boys in Creative decided to make it a character...how intelligent.
William Regal, master of the ring inside and out, able to generate heat just from walking and is tremendously underutilized, it's a crime CM Punk, nobody likes being told what to do and secondly, nobody likes to see someone thinking they're Jesus Christ. He walks the line very finely, but he has yet to actually fuck up and cross it.
and undoubtedly....JOHN CENA. YES...CENA. He might be portrayed as a face but he is absolutely hated by at least 95% of wrestling fans. He's the only 'face' I've known to regularly draw amounts of cheers and boo's from the crowd. He would be techincally classified as an 'anti-villain' in the eyes of many who were born before 2002.

| Hmmm....hard to call. He is definitely a natural heel and doesn't have to overhaul his gimmick to make the change from face to heel, he is still using the Straight-Edge gimmick. Everything is in place for him to be the greatest, creative just need to treat him like they do Cena, and not touch his character. | |

| DAMN how could I forget Randy Orton?? He's right after Jericho in the present day. Before he was face, he was the most hated and loved guy in the company for like three years-Randy, when at his best as a heel and with a decent face to play off of, was unstoppable-completely ruthless, conniving, and borderline sociopathic. Sadly there was no good opponents for him anymore hence his face turn (that, and he was so over with fans). | |
