Report - WWE Diva Possibly Leaving This Year?

Gail Kim is contemplating leaving WWE this year as her current contract expires in November and she has yet to sign a new one.

Company
officials prefer that talent renew an expiring deal a year prior. When
she re-signed with WWE in November 2008, it was for three years.

Kim is getting married later this year, which will factor into her decision.

We
noted earlier that WWE Hall of Famer "Sunny" claimed earlier this week
on her Facebook account that a WWE Diva is engaged to a chef on the Food
Network. It's being speculated that the engaged couple is Gail Kim and
Robert Irvine, who appears on a variety of Food Network programs. Irvine
sat with Kim at the WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Saturday.
Regarding the rumor, Kim commented on Twitter, "Why is every1 saying I'm
married? Lol! P.s. I don't talk about my personal life...thanks for the
kindness and respect."

Sad if she goes but her return stint in the WWE hasnt exactly been full of glory and her husband would obviously be able to support them both on his earnings. I could see the WWE pre-emptying this and releasing her in the next round of cuts.

it's probably just the dirtsheets trying to stir things up since Gail's contract should be up this year. i doubt WWE would let Gail go now that they've got Kong as well

I don't think Gail would want to go, now that they've got Kong as well. They are like the Trish & Victoria, just work so well together and compliment eachother.

It would be great to see Gail and Kong/Kharma get a nice feud going this year but with the way WWE's booked her (and the entire Divas' division, for that matter) lately, I'll believe it when I see it. :/

i think she would...Kong has been in WWE for months and Gail is still considering leaving...otherwise this report probably wouldnt have been released. Kong being in wwe probably wont make a difference to Gail.

The wwe has Melina, Eve, Michelle, Beth, Nattie... all of which are of more importance to them than Gail so when it comes to "who will be the diva to go toe to toe with Kharma"...the smart money isnt on Gail.

well to be fair Gail has been used a lot better this year than she was last year. she's been on TV almost every week and she's been getting more exposure with backstage segments, plus she's paired with Daniel Bryan. you can bet she'll be involved someway with this new angle unless she gets moved to Smackdown in the draft
