Backstage news on Kharma

- As noted before, Alicia Fox suffered a shoulder injury after being clotheslined by Kharma on this week's WWE SmackDown. There are already people backstage making comments about how rough Kharma is with the Divas.

Thus proving my point.

They are going to tell Kharma to tone it down....AS predicted.

That's what happens when the big girls step into the ring with models. Tough it up.

Fun fact, this is the first time we've seen 3 black women in a wwe ring/segment/interaction together on screen.

I think both sides are going have to adjust. For a while, Kong is going to have to tone it down a bit against some of the competitors. Women like Natalya, Gail, Beth, and probably Melina should be able to handle her. When she competes against the newer women, she is going to just have to be a little less rough.

On the other side, the WWE women are going to have to step up their game and start learning to play in the big leagues.

I would LOVE to see Beth and Kharma go at it. That would such a rough and aggressive match.

I would put Alicia in the mid-tier divas with Layla, and Eve. Although they are better than, say The Bella Twins, I would be surprised if they could get in the ring with a hard hitting women and hold ground.

- Speaking of Kharma, she made her first appearance at a live WWE event last night at the SmackDown live event from Dothan, Alabama. Kharma continued her streak of attacking the WWE divas, this time beating the crap out of Eve Torres after she lost to Divas Champion Brie Bella.

that clothesline wasnt too rough

these girls just need to grow a pair or GTFO of wwe.

in my opinion it wasnt the clothesline it was the way alicia landed how is that kharmas fault

I'm just thinking about Kong/Kharma vs. Chyna in her prime, and wondering what it would have been like. I know Chyna isn't well-liked on the internet these days, but I marked out for her back in the day.

i was a big chyna fan...still am a bit now.

uh are we forgetting Beth got an injury just from jumping off the top rope? Maryse got one from getting whipped into the turnbuckle. injuries happen and a separated shoulder isn't too life threatening. i'm sure Kong/Kharma had to tone it down when wrestling the likes of Velvet Sky and Lacey Von Eric too. and as someone else said, it was the way Alicia fell that was the problem, not the clothesline itself. it was just an accident from a bad bump. it's not like she got one from walking down the ramp (cough Ashley)

She fell that way BECAUSE of the clotheslines.

She didn't, Christy Hemme had to go through a few injuries, As well as Angelina.

She didn't go easy on Velvet AND don't think she ever wrestled LVE one on one or even in a match.

go seperate your shoulder, and tell me how un-life threatening it is. in sports, it can cost someone their career if the seperation is bad

- WWE officials are reportedly very high on Kharma since her debut and feel like they may have something very special in the works. The feeling is that Kharma is unlike any other WWE Diva they've had and could turn the Divas division around for the better, long-term, is how it was described by a source.

It's said that Vince McMahon has taken a liken to Kharma and the reaction from fans so far. It was noted that Vince hasn't felt this good about a new WWE talent debuting on TV in a long time.

Wait....didn't he feel the same way about Sheamus.....and many other "Great Talent" on tv?

Hell he had a hard on for Kelly, Melina.....even Kaitlyn not too long ago....and yet...here we are.

I guess there is a tiny bit left of "wrestling genius" left in Vince after all. Here I thought the E had destroyed it all.

Kong isn't at fault for Alicia's injury, Alicia just landed wrong.

And she landed wrong because of the impact of the clothesline, not being used to it. Its not Kharma's fault, or is it Alicia's. Its like superman opening a door and it breaks, because his not used to his strength on such a weak doorknob. Its hard for someone as powerful as Kong to tone it down too much without it looking unrealistic as shes just that strong.

Very true. I love how they brought Kong in. It's gonna get even more interesting when she's in the ring with Beth
