WWE Smackdown on Friday, February 3 scored a 2.15 rating, essentially even with a 2.11 rating last week. Friday's show continued Smackdown's hot streak, as the last four episodes have scored between a 2.11 and 2.18 rating.

Smackdown averaged 3.19 million viewers, essentially even with an average of 3.14 million viewers last week. During the four-week streak, Smackdown has averaged 3.19 million viewers.

On cable TV Friday night, Smackdown ranked #4 on cable TV, #6 among males 18-34, and #5 among males 18-49. Smackdown's first hour ranked #2 in total viewers on all of cable TV.

In the male demographic break down, Smackdown was up-and-down compared to recent weeks. On the flipside, Smackdown has been very steady during the streak among all adults 18-34 & all adults 18-49.

-Males 18-34: Smackdown scored its lowest rating during the streak, down 13.3 percent compared to the previous week's show.

-Males 18-49: Smackdown scored its lowest rating during the streak, down 9.7 percent compared to the previous week's show.

-Males 12-34: Smackdown scored its lowest rating during the streak, down 6.5 percent compared to the previous week's show.

-Males 12-17: Smackdown scored its highest rating during the streak and highest since November 4, 2011 (14 weeks).

Caldwell's Analysis: Smackdown did not get a huge surge for Royal Rumble fall-out, like Raw did Monday night, but Smackdown is already at a near-peak level. Simply maintaining the rating/viewership at a high level is a good sign for Smackdown.

The demographics are interesting, as Smackdown was at the high-end of the typical adult male ratings the first three weeks of the streak, then returned to a mid-range ratings level on Friday. Meanwhile, overall adults (including females) was steady. Smackdown's teen male viewers hit a 14-week high, but on Raw Monday night, teen male viewers was the only demographic that declined week-to-week for the most-watched show since May 2011.
