Wish I had a bed to sleep on....

Just woke up from one of the most horrible naps I ever taken this couch is so annoying and so uncomfortable to sleep on its not funny my neck hurts and my back is killing me.Im way to big and old to be sleeping on a couch.I just wish I had my own room so bad it's not even funny I want a nice room with a bed I can sleep on and have my own privacy to get away from everybody.Its just not fair everyone has there own room but me I work my ass off at work I deserve to come home and have room to come too not some fuckin couch.I hate this house I was unaware of this place and I had No choice at all but too live here my mom couldn't even tell me I was not gonna have a room and she didn't even tell me her boyfriend was living with us it's not fair I don't even like him.And I'm supposed to deal with this and be thankful about this?.I don't fucking think so.My day will come I just hope it happens sooner than later.

Maybe this is the little push you need to maybe start looking for an affordable place of your own?. You are old enough aren't you?

Everyone in their life reach in a moment in their life where living under the same roof as their parents becomes an issue. Me and my dad were at each others throats weekly and then i moved to holland and it changed, we actually talk more over the phone. Our fighting has calmed a lot.

Think about it, if not, talk about it with your mom, maybe change the couch into a something else that turns into a bed?

I feel your pain, i honestly do, i know the frustrations of privacy of being able to have your own little place where you can be you and have no worry in the world...but you need to speak up, to be heard.

I'm only 19 years old.And I just don't know If moving out would be such a good thing Im learning how to drive and I'm trying to save up soon so I can buy a car then hopefully next year I can atleast search for my own place which I can't wait!!!!.

What Kevin says is right, moving out can make relations with your parents easier. I'm still 17 (only for half an hour though, wooh!) and I moved out a few months back, right at the end of last August. One of the best things I've ever done. I still talk to my parents every couple of weeks, and I'm actually staying with them for a few weeks now, cos my oldest brother is coming up in a few days with his 18 month old son.

But I can honestly say, moving out was one of the best things I've done, and my relations with my parents are better than ever.

Yeah I'm gonna follow Kevin's advice thanks : ) and damn you moved out when you were 17????

U work at Target, BUY A BLOW UP MATTRESS! That should hold u over until u can find a place of your own, just blow it up when u wanna go to sleep, then when you're done let the air, throw it in a closet or corner and be done, there's no use hurting yourself when you clearly don't have to. Target sells everything you need, the mattress, the cover, the pillows, and the pillow cases.

I recommend not getting a blowup bed. No matter how much money you spend on it, they all eventually start to slow-leak air.

He'd be better off buying a cheap mattress.

i was on my own at 17 without a car. lol

Yeah, I'd definitely look into getting one of those blow up mattresses. Our house doesn't have central AC (it's way too hot in our rooms during the summer) so my mom used to let us hang out on one of those in the living room where the only AC was.
