I don't think they're ripping them off. Both gimmicks are somewhat stereotypical, implying all young black men act like damn clowns.

Cryme time were self-professed crooks. All O'neil and Young have expressed is how they're going to make 'millions of dollars, millions of dollars, millions of dollars.
