Chris Sabin Suffers Injury in Ultimate X Match

Subject: Chris Sabin Suffers Injury in Ultimate X Match Fri 15 Jun 2012, 2:58 pm

Chris Sabin suffered a knee injury in the Ultimate X match against Austin Aries on TNA Impact Wrestling last night.

The injury appears to be to his left knee, which is said to be his good knee. Sabin underwent reconstructive surgery to his right knee prior to his return to TNA Impact Wrestling.

There are no other further details at this time, however we hope to have an update soon.

That sucks.

Well this wasn't updated but it is bad Mia.

He tore his MCL in his left knee which is just what happened to his right knee before.

That is so crazy; his poor knees.

Update on Sabin's Injury:

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that TNA star Chris Sabin underwent reconstructive surgery on his injured knee recently, and could miss as much as 6 to 9 months of ring time.

Possibly will retired or working indys from the sound cause I doubt TNA will resign him.

I will be intrested to see if WWE will give him a offer if both knees are bad. Will be intresting to see.

Don't the WWE do a LOT of test on their superstars before they get signed?

I know that is how Bryan found out he had high cholesterol and liver issues that made him become vegan [for health reasons].

So idk if he could even pass their tests but good luck to him on his road to recovery.

they do test but I mean depending on the person the work they put in you can fix tears in the mcl and acl but it's hard work. I mean NFL players do and they take more contact on the knee and focus on it. I mean even some nfl guys don't recover from it all the way.

While that's true about NFL players, they also have agreements in the contract if the injury is something that is something that could cause issues in the future that if "X" injury happens again, the team does not have to pay that player their remaining contract for the season.

That's something I'm sure the WWE could do.

Amazing Red has had several surgeries on his knees, but they're giving him a shot. Rey's had too many to count, on the same knee..

I love Sabin, this sucks..
