TNA Impact on Thursday, December 6 scored a 0.98 rating, down slightly from a 1.02 rating last week.
Impact averaged 1.323 million viewers, up slightly from an average of 1.304 million viewers last week.
Essentially, Impact remained flat at a rounded 1.0 rating and rounded 1.3 million viewers. It's reflected in Impact's performance in the new timeslot - through 28 weeks airing one hour earlier and going live for 26 of those weeks, Impact has averaged a 0.97 rating and exactly 1.3 million viewers.
- On cable TV Thursday night, Impact ranked #34 in overall viewers and a distant #29 among males 18-34, and #24 among males 18-49.
Impact's key competition was the NFL on NFL Network, which drew 6.8 million viewers, and this week's NBA game on TNT, which averaged 2.6 million viewers. In key demos, Impact was also topped by an ABC Family movie and Family Guy repeats on TBS.
- The week-to-week key demographics were flat (key adults) or down slightly (males 18-34 & 18-49) compared to last week.
The only demographic that showed improvement was the unpredictable teen males 12-17 demo, which scored its highest rating in five weeks.
Caldwell's Analysis: Impact is what it is right now. There's no sign of growth, so it's the usual 1.0 rating and about 1.3 million viewers. | |
