| Subject: 6-13-13 Impact Ratings Up 12% From Week Prior! Tue 18 Jun 2013, 7:03 am | |

TNA Impact on Thursday, June 13 increased to a 1.03 rating, up 12 percent from a 0.91 rating last week. This is despite Impact going up against Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
Impact averaged 1.203 million viewers, up nine percent from an average of 1.100 million viewers last week.
However, there is a mixed bag result. Impact's key demographic ratings were flat or down from last week's show. And, Impact did not rank in the adults 18-34 demographic.
Impact was flat in males 18-49, down one-tenth of a rating in males 18-34, and down two-tenths of a rating in males 12-17.
With Impact's median viewing age around 50-years-old, it appears that Impact's ratings increase was driven by an older audience outside of the key demographics.
- One year ago this week, Impact scored an identical 1.03 overall rating. The difference is the key male demos were up two-tenths of a rating last year compared to this year. | |

| TNA Impact on Thursday, June 13 officially scored a 1.03 rating off a first hour 1.06 rating and second hour 1.01 rating.
It marks two out of three weeks since returning to 9:00 p.m. EST timeslot where the second hour has scored lower than the third hour.
Also, the quarter-hour ratings trend indicates viewers are going through an adjustment period being asked to watch from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. EST, as opposed to 8:00 to 10:00, as the final 30 minutes of this week's Impact were the lowest-rated of the show. It's worth noting Impact was opposed by the NBA Finals, which affected TNA's final half-hour.
Impact peaked at the start of the show with a 1.10 rating for Hulk Hogan bringing out Jeff Hardy and setting up the Bound for Glory Series qualifying matches on the show. Impact got a slight rebound to a 1.08 rating at the top of the second hour, but that was the closest to a 1.10 for the remainder of the show.
First Hour Break Down
Q1: Impact scored a 1.10 rating for Hogan, Hardy, Bobby Roode, Aces & Eights, and one commercial 12 minutes into the segment. This was TNA's recent top-of-the-second-hour.
Q2: Impact dipped to a 1.02 rating for James Storm & Gunner vs. Bad Influence, Crimson returning to TNA, and one commercial.
Q3: Impact increased to a 1.07 rating for Crimson vs. Joseph Park and a lengthy Knockouts segment, plus one commercial.
Q4: Impact slipped to a 1.05 rating for Magnus vs. Matt Morgan vs. Rob Terry vs. Kenny King, plus two full commercial breaks.
Second Hour Break Down
Q5: Impact increased slightly to a 1.08 rating - not much of a top-of-the-hour ratings bump - for Sting returning to television to announce the Main Event Mafia is returning, one commercial, and ring introductions for the next match.
Q6: Impact dipped to a 1.00 rating for Austin Aries vs. Eric Young, one commercial, and the first-half of the Aces & Eights battle royal.
Q7: Impact dipped to a show-low 0.97 rating for the end of the battle royal, one commercial, more A&E backstage, and ring introductions for the Kurt Angle vs. A.J. Styles main event.
Q8: Impact stayed at a show-low 0.97 rating for Styles vs. Angle, one commercial, and another A&E run-in to close the show.
