Our Experts, Editors, and hundreds of Users have predicted the winners of the Producers Guild Awards, which will be presented on Saturday, January 26, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California, and they expect "Argo" to continue its comeback march through awards season by winning Best Picture. The last five PGA winners went on to repeat at the Oscars, though in the last 20 years only 13 have matched.
Elsewhere, Pixar's "Brave" is expected to eke out a win against "Frankenweenie" and "Wreck-It Ralph" in a close race for Best Animated Feature, while "Searching for Sugar Man" is the overwhelming favorite to win the Documentary prize.
PGA's TV awards are mostly expected to follow the recent Emmy winners, with Best Drama going to "Homeland," Best Comedy to "Modern Family," Best Movie/Miniseries to "Game Change," and Best Reality-Competition Series to "The Amazing Race."
"The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," 10-time Emmy champ for Best Variety Series, wasn't nominated by the PGA, so our predictors give the edge to its sister show, "The Colbert Report."
"Deadliest Catch" is predicted to win Best Reality Series in a close race with PBS's "American Masters."
