WWE Smackdown on Friday, June 7 scored a 1.91 rating, up from a 1.85 rating the previous week. It was the highest rating since April 26.
Smackdown averaged 2.676 million viewers, up 11 percent from last week. It was also the most viewers since April 26.
On cable TV Friday night, Smackdown ranked #8 on cable TV, #6 in males 18-34, and #3 in males 18-49. The key male demos were flat with last week, but Smackdown showed improvements in the general male & female audience.
Caldwell's Analysis: Smackdown has heated up again, at least in recent weeks, so there's a lag-time in-between the product improving and viewers recognizing Smackdown as being relevant again. | |
