Possible Sign That Prince Devitt Is Headed to WWE After WrestleMania Sunday

New Japan Pro Wrestling has booked Prince Devitt vs. Ryusuke Taguchi in a Loser Leaves Town match for next Sunday, April 6th at their Invasion Attack 2014 internet pay-per-view from Tokyo. This has led to more speculation that Devitt is headed to WWE.

Devitt reportedly did not sign a new contract with New Japan back in January and it’s no secret that WWE has offered him a deal. There’s a feeling within NJPW that AJ Styles is coming in to take Devitt’s spot, not in the Bullet Club, but as a top talent for the company.

That's a heck of a signing. They'll need to put Prince's developmental run on fast forward though, since he's not getting any younger. He's too talented not to take a chance on though.

He gives me Chris Hero Vibes and That's NOT a good thing he seems like the type of person who feels like he's so talented that he doesn't need to be on NXT and needs to be on the main roster type.

Because Prince Devitt DOESNT need to be in NXT. There's plenty of ways to properly introduce him to the WWE viewing audience without needing to go through developmental for 6 months.

I don't think it'd be bad for him to have a brief stay in NXT to get accommodated to the WWE style, but his window is too short for him to be in developmental hell.
