Sean Waltman in TNA
Out of all the guys that showed up on iMPACT! this week, Sean Waltman has the best chance of sticking around and actually doing well in TNA.

Sean Waltman in TNA
Almost as soon as it was announced that Hulk Hogan was going to be teaming up with TNA, rumors about the return of the nWo started to spread.
How can it not?

Hulk Hogan was immediately given a lot of powers, and he does have a history of bringing in his people. Kevin Nash was already on the TNA roster. Scott Hall and Sean Waltman were both out of rehab; both were working for smaller wrestling companies.
It was inevitable that fans were going to see an nWo reunion (or whatever name they decide to go with) in TNA.

On the big January 4, 2010 edition of TNA iMPACT!, Sean Waltman and Scott Hall both indeed returned to TNA. As the two walked through the audience, there was some electricity in the air still.

Sean Waltman was back in wrestling and back in TNA.

Last Man Standing
Of all the new guys that showed up on TNA iMPACT! this week, Sean Waltman appears to be the one that has the best chance of sticking around for a bit (provided he stay out of trouble).

Scott Hall looked old and out of shape. As good as he still is on the mic, that's not going to be enough to keep him around for the long run. Even if he got back in shape, there's still the question of whether or not he wants to stick around anyways.

Sean Morley (formerly known as Val Venis) and Orlando Jordan are more than likely going to be hovering around the midcard scene for a few months before bolting.

Despite their friendship with Hulk Hogan, don't expect to see the Nasty Boys around for too long either. They'll probably do a quick programs with Team 3D and take off.

That leaves Sean Waltman as the last man standing. There's a couple of ways for TNA to make good use of him.

X Division
One of the ways to use Sean Waltman is to bring some spotlight to the X division.
The division has fallen back into the shadows as of late. Sure, the wrestling is still incredible, but the focus is no longer on it.

With the arrival of Sean Waltman and Jeff Hardy, the division could easily capture people's attention once again. Sean Waltman especially is a character, which is a part of the division that the company sometimes forgets to focus on.

He doesn't need to win the belt. He just needs to add character to things.

Tag Team Division
Kevin Nash has never been an incredible athlete inside of a wrestling ring. He might have been a good athlete when he was playing college basketball at the University of Tennessee, but those days are long gone.

At this point in his career, it might be best for TNA to find someone for him to tag with. Having a partner means that he doesn't necessarily have to work the entire match. His mic skills can still be utilized to the fullest.

Sean Waltman, a real life friend of Kevin Nash, would seem like a logical choice for that spot.

Randy Orton Assaults Fan
An incident outside of the arena allegedly took place recently where a fan states that he was assaulted by Randy Orton.

Randy Orton Assaults Fan
On January 8, 2010, an incident took place between Randy Orton and a teenage fan in Massachusetts.

According to reports, a 15 year old fan saw Randy Orton outside of a Chinese restaurant called Kowloon. The fan went up to Randy Orton, took a picture, and asked the former WWE Heavyweight Champion to pose together for another picture.

Suffice it to say, things did not go well right after that point.

Newspaper reports show that the teenager, accompanied by his mother, went to the Saugus police department and filed an assault charge against Randy Orton. The charge is that Randy Orton spit on the kid and used profanities towards him. A friend of the teenager has agreed to be a witness.

The young man also stated that Randy Orton told him to "Sue me!"

As of right now, neither Randy Orton nor WWE have publicly responded to these allegations.

Sun Comes Up
Every morning, people across the planet know that if they looked towards the east, they're going to see the sun come up.

When an incident involving Randy Orton is reported, most people just roll their eyes and nod their head. Believe me, this is not the most shocking bit of news that a wrestling fan can read.

For those of you that don't know, Randy Orton has a long history of having incidents, both backstage and in his personal life. There have been countless reports from wrestling fans about Randy Orton being a bit of jerk in real life.

Randy Orton is never going to be confused with John Cena when it comes to his relationship with wrestling fans.

People have tried to talk about Randy Orton growing more mature as of late. Some even cite his new found fatherhood as a reason for his improvement in behavior.

Everyone thought that he had taken quite a few steps forward. Of course, when something like this happens, the entire business takes a few steps backwards.

Respecting the Wrestlers
On the flip side, though, wrestlers do get harrassed by wrestling fans on a pretty frequent basis. We cannot automatically assume that Randy Orton is totally to be blamed for his incident because wrestling fans have a history of doing stupid things.

It wasn't all that long ago that we saw someone attacking Chris Jericho outside of an arena. That individual was obviously unable to grasp the reality of it all. The fan believed that the character that Chris Jericho plays on camera is real.

These are the fans that make us wrestling fans look bad.

The wrestlers are real people. Their job requires them to constantly be on the road. They sometimes want to clock out whenever they leave the arena. However, some fans simply refuse to respect their privacy.
