10/27/1987—tag team Strikeforce defeats The Hart Foundation, to win the WWF World Tag Team Championship.
10/27/1990—highlights from NWA Halloween Havoc (this was a Saturday) -The Steiner Brothers defeat The Nasty Boys, to retain the NWA United States Tag Team Championship. -Stan Hansen defeats Lex Luger, to win the NWA United States Championship. -Sting defeats Sid Vicious, to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Vicious had originally pinned Sting first, but it was revealed that it was a fake Sting (played by Barry Windham). The match was restarted when the real Sting arrived.
10/27/1991—highlights from WCW Halloween Havoc (this was a Sunday) -Brian Pillman defeats Richard Morton, to become the first WCW Light Heavyweight Champion. -The Enforcers defeat The Patriots, to retain the WCW World Tag Team Championship. -Lex Luger defeats Ron Simmons, to retain the WCW World Heavyweight Championship (two out of three falls match).
10/27/1992—Shawn Michaels defeats The British Bulldog, to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship. This match would air on TV 11/14/92.
10/27/1996—highlights from WCW Halloween Havoc -Dean Malenko defeats Rey Mysterio, Jr. to win the WCW Cruiserweight Championship. -The Outsiders defeat Harlem Heat, to win the WCW World Tag Team Championship. -Hollywood Hogan defeats Randy Savage, to retain the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Roddy Piper makes his WCW debut after this match, confronting Hogan.
10/27/2009—Byron Saxton replaces Matt Striker on commentary for ECW on Syfy. Striker replaces Jim Ross on commentary for Friday Night Smackdown.
