Week 2 Challenge
You may think that EPIC has to sit one person out this challenge, but actually they don't. In The Apprentice, teams do not sit anybody out which means it can come down to 1 person against 6 if it has to. However, I don't think it'll come down to that.

Here is your next challenge...

Your team needs to organize a fundraising event for any charity you like.
It can be selling hot dogs, it can be an auction, it can be anything you want!

Here is what I need in this challenge;
Obviously, a captain needs to be chosen before anything is done. Please confirm this by PM! A person can be captain as many times in a row as they want.
For the challenge, I need;
- What kind of event is it?
- What charity is it for? What does that charity do?
- Costs of things
- Area of the event

Challenge 2 Results

This week, I have a new judge to help me with this decision.
(Every week will be someone different.)

So the challenge was to organize a fundraising event for a charity.

Both teams did a wonderful job yet again.

So let's get to the results!

First point was; What kind of event are you planning?

NBT went with a "Gaming for a Cause" Event.
Also, everytime a certain amount of money has been reached, a certain person has to do a certain action.

EPIC went with a concert with fairground attractions encorporated.

EPIC wins a point.

Second point was; What charity is it for and what does that charity do?

NBT went with Autism Speaks.
The foundation raises money to put towards Autism research which is becoming more and more prevalent in young children.

EPIC went with a joint event for 2 charities.
Red Cross and Help For Heroes. The purpose of H4H is to provide support for wounded servicemen and women. The purpose of RC is to provide worldwide humanitarian aid.

EPIC wins a point.

Third point; Cost of the event.

NBT: It would be free to get in, and food and drinks would cost no more than 5 dollars. If there's merchandise supporting the event and or charity, it would cost no more than 10 dollars.

EPIC: We decided that for cost, the total event could be held at $150. We felt that if we chose the right acts, people like James Blunt, The Soldiers and Tyler Ward we could remove cost for performers, which would make rent the only monetary issue.

NBT wins a point.

Last point; Area of the event.

NBT: Central Park in NYC, the local convention center, nothing too big but of a decent size.

EPIC: We decided the best place to hold an event like this was Millenium Park.

NBT wins a point.

Which means the challenge actually ended in a tie!

I decided that I'll be the tie-breaker and decide who's the winner.

Both teams had plusses and negatives.

NBT, I believe that gaming wouldn't attract as many people as a concert would.
I believe EPIC's event would attract more people, and that means more money.

However, EPIC, your price is way too high. I imagine you meant the event would cost you 150$, but that's 150$ already down the drain for the funds. I think that NBT did a better job at calculating the costs.

Also, Central Park is a much better and known place to hold an event.

I believe NBT deserves this win.

That means Dead cannot be eliminated next round.

Week 2 Roundtable

So this week, I've decided to change it up a bit.
From now on, everybody will have 2 questions.
