Mia, what is the biggest conflict on your team? I don't think there is a conflict with the team.

I think everyone is giving it their all, we just come up short.

As far as the person that should be eliminated, I guess me. Because I haven't been as active as I could have been.

With the roundtable being over, VLG, please select two people from your team to bring in the bottom 3 with you.

Joining myself in the Bottom 3 shall be Tank and Catastrophe.

Week 5 - Elimination
Catastrophe, Tank and VLG.
One of you will be eliminated.
Which means, congratulations to Mia on making the final 7.

First, Catastrophe, you are safe considering I haven't heard a single bad thing about you yet.

Tank, you are in the bottom 2 because everyone, even yourself, said that you weren't as active as everyone else.

VLG, you are in the bottom 2 because you sent in the task late.
You even admitted that it was your own fault and not your team's fault.

So who gets fired?

This week, Travis is definitely safe.

- Color Scheme?
- What add-ons can be added?

I don't know if I think I would do the best to be Project Manager but I will of course do my best to help the team.

I am a little busy tonight but I should be pretty free for Friday/the weekend.

i really dont feel like being the PM for this challenge, considering ive been it 3 times already. either Silva or Vee should really consider it this time

I'm a real petrolhead, so I like cars.

I would offer to take up PM again, but Thursdays are rugby days so unless I remember to submit before Uni, it's very possible I'd be late submitting again.

Its up to you Catastrophe and Mia.

I don't really feel completely confident on this one since I am no expert on cars.

I think it's Venom's time to see how she can be project manager.

I sent Hailey our final product a few hours early. Woo, being PM was more fun than I thought it would be!

Challenge 6 Results

This week, we have a new guest judge.

The challenge was to create a new car.
The PMs were Catastrophe and Venom.

First focal point was the car's name and brand.

NBT went with Chevy EcoRide SUV.
EPIC went with BMW CityLink.

EPIC wins a point.

Second focal point is the car's cost.

NBT went with 20,000$.
EPIC went with 15,000$.

EPIC wins a point.

Third focal point is the car's color scheme.

NBT: The EcoRide is available in classic black, white, and red with the interior suited to match whichever color is selected prior to the final sale. Various other colors are available (green, purple, yellow etc) but at a slightly higher cost, which is considered in the total price of the vehicle.
EPIC went with White, Black, Red, Blue & Green.

EPIC wins a point.

Final focal point is the add-ons that can be added.

NBT:
Leather Interior
iPod Capability
Satellite Radio
Built-in Phone Capability
GPS
The EcoRide can be charged by solar power via solar panels instead of a moonroof at a higher cost.

EPIC:
DVD Player, GPS Navigator, Better Sound System, Remote Start System, Reverse Sensors, Reverse Camera, Security Alarm, Seat Warmers, Built-In Phone

EPIC wins a point.

In the end, EPIC wins 4-0.

However, this week's twists start now...
Catastrophe, even though you are the PM of the winning team, you did not win safety for next week.

Of course, the first question is considering that the bottom 3 is Dead, Silva & Venom. (Travis is safe because he was the winning PM on the last task.)

Silva, if you were to bring back someone eliminated, and have them on your team, who would it be? (Choices; Cynbitch, Jack, Mintz, Tank, Vixen)
Venom, how was your experience as PM? Was your team very helpful?
Dead, if you were to trade a team member with the other team, who would you send to the other team and who would you steal from the other team?
Travis, do you think there would be a chance that you'd get eliminated if you weren't safe?

I honestly wouldnt trade anyone, because everyone brings something different to the table and thats what i like about the team personally, but if i HAD to make a choice, i would probably trade MAYBE Travis for Mia

I'm going to start off by saying that I really don't agree with this judge's decisions. For the work we put into this challenge, we don't deserve 0 fucking points. A lot of our description was cut out (I don't know why but Dead noticed, too) and I feel that may have had something to do with our shitty score.

But anyway.

I'd say Travis should be fired (although it will probably be me). I understand he was sick and didn't have time to participate as much as the other members did but I feel like he could've contributed a bit more. Since he's safe, I really can't throw Silva or Dead under the bus because they all did their part.

My experience as PM was pretty good. The team helped a lot and had a bunch of great ideas. Unfortunately that wasn't enough for us to win and I'm really sorry for that.

When I sent the judge the information, nothing was cut out.

I was just lazy when I typed the information in the challenge results.

Oops, if anyone should be fired, it should be me. Why? I was the one who merged some of the ideas into one big one and it wasnt vetoed so

Sorry I've had issues with family and am pretty busy so I will just say it now:

Well everyone knows I really like Jack and Queen Minterz but I would say Vixen because she is really good at graphics and is on often [most of the times].

As for who I feel should be fired.. This is a very sticky situation. I also really feel we should have had some points so part was just stupid in my honest opinion. It is almost always that the cheaper price wins with your judge[s] except in our $0.99 cent app so I just think that is weird because I don't think there is any BMW that is going to be sold for $15,000.. Hell if BMW made one of those Smart Cars it would probably be $20k because it is a BMW. Not like that car is special I have noticed that most of the drivers of BMWs are assholes.. But enough Real Talk.. I also noticed that our color scheme was practically the same but more detailed yet it was given to them. So yeah this challenge scoring was not right to me on a couple points [50%].

But anyways back to the issue of someone having to go.. I really feel it should be Travis [sorry dude]. I mean just because you get immunity does not mean that you can do almost nothing. But because he has immunity he can't be fired so I really don't know who to say. It could be either one of us [Dead, Project Manager Venom, or I. It's your choice and I guess we'll all find out later today or soon enough.

Week 6 - Elimination
Dead, Silva and Venom.
One of you will be eliminated.

Travis is safe because he was the winning PM on the last task.

This was probably the hardest elimination yet.
All 3 of you are all awesome competitors.
However, it all came down to one answer in this week's roundtable.

So who gets fired?

I want to address an issue people have.
The judges I pick are only being honest. They have no idea who any of you are, so they can't just pick a winner based on the members of the team. You may not agree with their decisions, but at least it's fair considering if it were me, you might think it could be biased towards a certain team.

But I have to say WOW I didn't expect Dead to be fired!

Sorry Venom but I thought it would be you simply because you were Project Manager and then me if it wasn't you with Dead being safe for sure but damn I'm surprised.

Our team just lost one hell of a player.

We all have to step this up a LOT because it will only get harder as time goes on and there are less people to help out.

I'm feeling pretty good now, finally, so I'll help a lot more. Not a busy work schedule, just class and a few days of work. Silva said he would, but if he decides he doesn't want to, I have no problem doing it.

I'll let you do it since I didn't think you could if you were super busy/sick this upcoming week.

I'm sure Venom wants the week off from this stress so one of us should do it.
