I've just moved to Uni, and only just got internet after 2 days without it so I do not wish to take up the role of PM for this challenge.

This week, we have a new guest judge.

The challenge was to open up a hotel.

The PMs were Catastrophe and Dead.

First focal point was the name of your hotel.

NBT went with The Grand Floridian Luxury Resort and Casino
EPIC went with Fantasy Island.

NBT wins a point.

Second focal point is the location.

NBT chose Miami, Florida
EPIC chose Las Vegas, Nevada

NBT wins a point.

Third focal point is the hotel theme.

Looking out over Miami Beach, lapped by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, the luxurious The Grand Floridian Luxury Resort is the perfect glamorous Miami vacation hotel for living up your holiday in style, following in the footsteps of America's cultural icons and even the world's most famous 007 spy, James Bond. While staying at the Floridian, you can take the advantage of the tour Desk, bathtub and laundry Service. Restaurant and Food facilities include a bar. I think I should be fired, but even though I showed up, I didn't do shit. I arrived a little too late to really provide any ideas.

I'm not really sure what the hardest part of the task was seeing as how I wasn't there until the end. I think the hardest part was getting everyone together to work on it.

Who do you think should be eliminated and why? i'd say Jack, he didnt show up this week.

Mia, how well does your team work together? i think the team works pretty good together, i think the only issue is that we are not all on at the same time.

Unfortunately, Jack has not made it to the deadline which only means one thing...

And since you weren't able to meet the deadline, I cannot put you as a juror, which means the jury will consist of 5 people instead of 7. So the next person eliminated will not be part of the jury either since the jury has to consist of an odd number.

I don't think this task would be something I should lead the team on so I hope Venom or Travis can step up considering I have done it once and Dead has now done it 3 times.

I replied to Travis so I hope if Dead and Venom have not they can and we can all discuss which idea to move ahead with.

Challenge 5 Results

This week, we have a new guest judge.

The challenge was to create an app for a Smart Phone.

The PMs were VLG and Travis.

Before I start judging, I have to say I'm disappointed in EPIC.
You guys sent in your stuff 5 hours late.
Because of that, I am removing you one point to your total at the end.

First focal point was the name of your app.

NBT went with Click for a Cause.
EPIC went with Red Alert.

NBT wins a point.

Second focal point is the app's functions.

NBT: Every day you open the app and click a button that generates donations. Each click donates funds to a specific charity. The money comes from sponsors. For example, for each click, 10 cents go towards a featured charity, which can change maybe every other day or every week. In addition to donating to a worthy cause, the app also tells you different symptoms of any particular ailment, and if that said ailment isnt dangerous to your health, add in tips on how to treat whatever you have wrong with you. All in all, it is essentially a 2 in 1 app that allows you to research your symptoms of any illness, as well as donating to a worthy cause so that any cure for any illness can be found.

EPIC: It is a reminder app, so you would input a to do list and your Smart Phone will begin vibrate continuously to alert you to the fact you need to do something until you check the task.

EPIC wins a point.

Third focal point is the App's cost.

NBT went with 99 cents.
EPIC went with 1 dollar.

Final focal point is the App's Avatars.

I think Tank should be fired, simply because he hasn't been as active as VLG, Mia or I in all the past challenges.

I believe the biggest asset on our team is definitely VLG. Even though he was late this week, he's the one who puts the most effort in challenges. He always gives ideas.

I believe Tank should be eliminated because, as Catastrophe already mentioned, he has not been as active recently.

That was completely my fault, got caught up in my uni and social lives and lost track of time. By the time I had realised it was, as you had already said, 5 hours late. I should have sent it off this morning or before I went to rugby training (as the dealine was whilst I was at training).

So I guess $1 beats $0.99?

Ok..; congrats Travis and the rest of our team.

So uh...I don't mean to nitpick (who am I kidding, yeah I do), but the judge for this challenge gives us a point for the app's title, but not the description?

After reading through the results I would expect it to be the opposite way around. What would have happened if there was a tie?

Well I can't justify the judge's decisions so... I can't help ya there.

And if there was a tie, I would've decided who deserved the win.
