Freedom Females Episode 9 *EDITED WITH UPDATED BRACKET*

Segment 1

Stephanie McMahon is backstage. She was out there to tell Vickie Guerrero that she is fed up of Vickie thinking she can throw her large weight around. Yes she is Co-GM, but Stephanie was the sole GM not too long ago. As a way to trump some of the booking decisions that Vickie has made, she also expresses how she is getting tired of some of the same people in the main title scene, Stephanie announced that tonight we will begin a 16 diva tournement in which the winner will face the All Female World Champion, whoever that may be at AFW's April PPV, which is yet to be named. Stephanie runs through the running order: There will be 4 first round matches this week and the final 4 first round matches next week. Then the two week following next week we will have the 4 quarter final matches (2 per week). And at the March PPV *also yet to be named* we shall have the Semi finals and the Finals.

AKINO vs Taylor Wilde :
Uninspiring brawling from AKINO. Taylor counters an arm wringer with an elbow to the side of the head. Taylor, chanelling the power of Takada, hits a high kick on AKINO. Slingshot clothesline by Taylor, who almost messed it up by slipping on the ropes. AKINO is in trouble. Here it comes - Bridging German Suplex. 1....2...3, it's finished. Taylor Wilde climbs each turnbuckle in turn, working the crowd as she celebrates her victory I'm going to give this a ** rating because i'm in a generous mood.

Hamada vs Layla El :
Layla takes a hurrancarana from Hamada. Vicious kick to the teeth from Hamada. Tiger suplex on Layla, right from out of the Misawa playbook. Hooks the leg for a close fall. Hard back suplex on Layla. Anyone remember when that was Shawn Michaels's finisher? Cover for a two count. Hamada drops an elbow...but misses. Fate can be so cruel. Stun Gun from Layla El! There used to be this blonde guy in WCW in the early 90's who used that...i wonder what happened to him? Layla El hits a delayed suplex on Hamada. Hamada backdrops Layla El out of a piledriver attempt. Spinning bulldog in the corner, Layla is down. Hamada drives Layla El into the corner. Hama-chan Cutter! 1....2....3. Layla El has a temper tantrum, kicking the ropes and punching the turnbuckles. Worth a ** rating, but no more than that.

Segment 4


Melina is backstage in her locker room. In comes Natalya, and she attacks. They begin brawling around the room. Serena Deeb makes her debut comes in too, and she joins in the attack on Melina. The two-on-one attack leaves Melina down in her own locker room. Serena Deeb debuts, and i think its pretty obvious that she was the diva that Natalya was on about. Melina had Maddison and now Natalya has Serena, so both girls are even. This feud continues to hot up

Road Agent Notes - Serena debuted a new "Itallian Gangsta" gimmick, which didn't recieve a great response. Serena Deebs overall debut however got her over with the crowd.

Melina vs Natalya :
Back suplex on Melina, which is a backdrop to you NOAH fans. Natalya drives a thrust kick into the chest of Melina. Cover for a two count. Natalya misses a clothesline. Melina hits an arm drag on Natalya. Natalya takes a kick to the chest, and staggers back. Face crusher from Melina on Natalya. Natalya avoids a Melina avalanche. Reverse DDT on Melina. Natalya has Melina down on the canvas. Melina gets locked in the Sharpshooter! Submission victory! Serena Deeb comes running down the aisle with a chair! Melina is just leaving the ring...and Serena scores with a brutal chair shot! Melina falls to the floor holding her head. Serena again makes more impact. Natalya and Serena stand on the turnbuckles raises their hands in victory, the crowd dont like this. A good *** rating.

Jackie Gayda-Haas is backstage with Cherry. Jackie Gayda-Haas continued the feud between Cherry and Nikkita by talking trash. Cherry lets Nikkita to know that tonight in their first round match of the tournament, she is willing to give Nikkita one last chance for the All Female Rising Championship. SMELL THE RATINGS!

Maryse is backstage. She was out there to tell Daffney that her win against Maryse at Come Out And Play, was due to her not being ready. She exclaims that next week in their first round match of the tournament, that she will indeed be ready, and she will beat her opponent, and continue along the path to getting her shot at the All Female World Championship. Lets see if her actions speak as loud as her iffy english words!

Cherry vs Nikkita
(For The All Female Rising Championship Title) :
Nikkita takes a snap suplex from Cherry. Cherry takes down Nikkita in a positively thrilling moment. Amateur-style takedown from Cherry, capitalising on that *huge* demand for amateur wrestling that we see every day. Cherry suplexes Nikkita to the canvas. Nikkita elbows Cherry in the face to break a hammerlock. Cherry tastes a high angle back suplex. It probably tasted like chicken. Massive back suplex! Cherry got snapped in half. There's a two count on the pin. Cherry takes the advantage after a i-block-your-punch-you-don't-block-mine routine. Sloppy short range spear from Cherry. Cover for a two count. Ugly-looking short powerbomb by Cherry. Pinfall attempt gets a 2.9999. Nikkita pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Belly to belly suplex by Nikkita. Cherry counters a sleeper hold by turning it into a jaw breaker. Cherry snap suplexes Nikkita...with authority! ('With authority', trademark G.Monsoon 1986.) Nikkita is in trouble. Beth Phoenix's music rocks the arena. The Crowd boo very loudly. Beth walks to the ring, looking somewhat lost, perhaps the fact that she is no longer champion has gotten to her. Grabbing the Mic she calls out Amy Dumas. Amy Makes her way to the ring pandering to the crowd (copyright Kelly Kelly 06-09). Beth Phoenix congratulates Amy on her win at Come Out And Play. She does however point out how she wasn't even involved in the decision when she lost her title, making her request for a rematch even more deserving. She challenges Amy to a title match at the March PPV. Amy accepts the challenge. The two stare eachother down til the screen goes back.
