10/29/1988—Georgia Championship Wrestling airs on TV for the final time.
10/29/1995—highlights from WCW Halloween Havoc
-Johnny B Badd defeats DDP, to win the WCW World Television Championship.
-The Giant defeats Hulk Hogan, by DQ, and wins the WCW World Television Championship. There was a clause in the title match contract, stiplulating that the title could change hands on a disqualification.
10/29/2000—highlights from the final WCW Halloween Havoc
-in a triangle match, The Natural Born Thrillers defeat The Filthy Animals The Boogie Knights, to retain the WCW World Tag Team Championship.
-Reno defeats Sgt. AWOL, to retain the Hardcore Championship.
-General Rection defeats Lance Storm and Jim Duggan, in a handicap match, and wins the United States Championship.
-Booker T defeats Scott Steiner, by DQ, and retains the World Heavyweight Championship.
10/29/2009—the TNA Legends Championship is renamed the Global Championship, by then-champion Eric Young.
